This ensures smooth operation even under challenging conditions. The pump adopts a combination of auxiliary impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to effectively prevent slurry leakage.

The pump's bearings are metric bearings, oil-lubricated, with a carefully designed lubrication and cooling system to maintain a low operating temperature, thereby increasing the bearing's service life and reliability.

The flow channel components of ZGB slurry pump are made of special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. After special treatment, they are suitable for seawater desalination and resistant to electrochemical corrosion of seawater salt spray. They can be used in multiple stages in series within the allowable pressure range, and the working pressure can reach 3.6MPa.
