TX Horizontal Multistage Pump
Brief introduction
Horizontal multistage pumps are a type of drainage pump, widely used in situations requiring high head and stable flow. They are suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories, and cities, and are used to convey clear water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the medium being conveyed ranges from -20°C to 150°C
Features
1. Liquid enters the impeller : The liquid enters the impeller through the water inlet section. As the impeller rotates, the liquid is thrown to the periphery of the impeller by the centrifugal force of the blades, and its pressure and velocity increase simultaneously .
2. Multistage pressurization : The liquid is guided through the channel of the guide shell to the next impeller, and flows step by step. Through the combined action of all impellers and guide shell, the pressure energy of the liquid is further enhanced. With the superimposed impellers, the multistage pump can achieve a considerable head .
3. Sealing and stability : The design of the multistage pump also includes some special structures to improve its operating stability and sealing. For example, the guard ring reduces wear between the impeller and the deflector shell, the thrust pad limits the movement of the pump shaft, the water retaining ring improves the sealing of the rotating shaft and reduces displacement .
