TX Flue gas desulfurization pump
Brief introduction
A horizontal, single-casing, single-stage, single-suction design with bracket or suspension-type structures. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 12,000 m³/h and a head generally below 100 meters, covering all pumping requirements in desulfurization systems. This pump serves as a large slurry circulation pump in absorption towers, as well as for transporting limestone slurry, discharging gypsum, and functioning as a recovery pump or sump pump.
Applicable Conditions
The Horizontal Slurry Pump for Flue Gas Desulfurization is designed to operate with slurries having a pH range of 2.5 to 13, a chloride ion concentration of up to 60,000 ppm, a maximum weight concentration of 60%, and can handle media temperatures of up to 120°C.
Application
1. Power plant: the desulfurization pump can be used for ash removal, slag removal, desulfurization, and mortar conveying.
2. Other fields: soda plant, salt plant, iron and steel plant, alumina plant; or for river dredging, sand pump and sewage discharge.
