TX Pipeline pump
Brief introduction
The pipeline pump is a type of single-suction single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is of vertical structure. Because its inlet and outlet are on the same straight line and the diameters of the inlet and outlet are the same, resembling a section of pipeline, it can be installed at any position on the pipeline, hence the name pipeline pump (also known as booster pump). Structural features: It is a single-suction and single-stage centrifugal pump. The inlet and outlet are the same and on the same straight line, intersecting the center line of the shaft directly. It is a vertical pump.
Features
The ISG pump is of vertical structure, with the inlet and outlet diameters being the same and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small floor space and low construction cost. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and a compact structure. Reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, thereby ensuring low vibration and noise when the pump operates in balance.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of hard alloy materials, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. It is convenient for installation and maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Just remove the pump coupling nut and all rotor components can be taken out.
5. According to the requirements of flow rate and head, the pumps can operate in series or parallel. 6. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, the pump can be installed vertically or horizontally.
