TX Vertical Multistage Pump
Brief introduction
Vertical multistage pumps are mechanical equipment capable of transporting liquids ranging from tap water to industrial liquids. It adopts standard vertical motors and quick-installation mechanical seals, which are very convenient to replace. The flow-through parts of the pump are all made of stainless steel (304/316) materials and can be used for slightly corrosive media.
Features
1. Preparations before startup: Ensure that the pump body and suction pipe are filled with liquid to prevent cavitation.
2. Impeller rotation: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the periphery, with both pressure and speed increasing simultaneously.
3. Stepwise pressurization: After passing through the first-stage impeller, the liquid enters the guide casing and is then guided to the next stage impeller. Energy is accumulated step by step, ultimately achieving a high head and flow rate.
